Low rate securities-based loans were typically available to high net worth clients at major financial institutions or executives with concentrated stock in a handful of public traded companies. Regular retail clients typically pay 5 to 9% on margin loans in brokerage accounts. With our opportunity to access stock loans, rates can less than 1%. We primarily offer variable rates but also offer fix rates.
Our team has worked extensively with this once exclusive market. US STOCKLOAN’s proprietary access to leading financial firms allows more clients to take advantage of securities-based loans. By work with leading financial firms, US Stockloan assures clients with lenders that are FDIC and SIPC insured. These leading firms will also be the custodian for the pledged securities for the loan. By negotiating on behalf of clients with our network of financial partners, clients obtain the most competitive rate.Executive Team
Buu Ngo brings his expertise in securities-based lending to US STOCKLOAN and has worked extensively with clients with concentrated stock position, whom use stock loans for liquidity and portfolio diversification. He has a background in equity capital markets, real estate private equity and development. Buu graduated from Princeton University and obtained his MBA from University of Southern California. Buu is also a Principal of Blue Diamond Capital.
Hieu Ngo worked in fixed income, real estate finance, and corporate finance and has consulted on financing projects for large corporations and underwritten for private REITS. Hieu is a graduate of Yale University and earned his MBA at Duke University.
